Creativitea Time tends to people who are tired.
Tired from life, from fear, and from trying to keep up with a fast, noisy creative culture that asks too much.
This is a space for those who sense there is more honesty, feeling, and creative truth available to them than they have been allowed to express.
Many arrive feeling overwhelmed and quietly disconnected, not looking for another solution, but for relief.
Here, you do not have to perform, measure up, or make art only to sell it. You are invited to listen inwardly, move at your own pace, and trust the quiet strength that is already there.

You are not required to move through this offering in order.
You are invited to enter it like a tea room. To leave urgency, status, and expectation at the door. To choose what you need on the day you arrive, and to trust that your body knows.
This work was largely created in sequence, following the arc of the daily nudges I received as I made it. You are welcome to move through it that way if it feels supportive, or to wander according to what is calling you.
You may dip in briefly or stay a while.
You may return to the same tea again and again.
You may set it down for months and come back when life asks for something quieter.
You are not late.
You have not missed out.
This work is not required to be consumed quickly or completed. It is a library of presence and possibility, designed to meet you where you are, not where you think you should be.
Let your own timing lead.
Let your own knowing guide you.

Creativitea Time is a substantial creative archive made up of over 50 lessons, including just under four hours of recorded content across 29 short videos, alongside written reflections, creative invitations, and guided practices.
The work was created across five weeks of daily making and reflection, and has been preserved largely in its original form.
Rather than being organised as a linear course, it is held as a collection of themed spaces you can move through in your own way.
Inside, you’ll find:
- painting sessions and creative processes
- Smashbook and journaling practices
- meditations and quiet pauses
- character-led teachings and reflections
- moments of rest, integration, and gentle closure
Some lessons offer direct guidance. Others offer presence, orientation, or context. All are there to support you in different seasons.
This work is not designed to be consumed quickly or completed. It is a library of creative companionship, meant to be returned to as needed.
She breezes in to get the space ready and welcoming, and practical. Creating the Smashbook as our container to hold 'all the things' is a great way to begin.
